What is the maximum time I will wait on any correspondence from SGS?
We have a maximum turn around time of 2 weeks (14 Days) on all queries.

If you can't find what you are looking for you can email the Ban Master at banned@games.saix.net. Never send any CD-Key information to us.

You can report a topic or post directly via the forums using the "Report this post to a moderator" link located in the posts. We have a group of global moderators that moderate the forums who will receive your query and will address it.

Are there any rules I should abide by when playing on the SGS servers?

What games are hosted by SGS?
A list of games we host servers for is available on our website under the main menu in the "Servers Hosted" Section. All IP address and Port address info is listed their. How do I find my Steamid for Half-Life & Half-Life 2 based games like Counter-Strike?
Load the game and join a server. Open the console, the default key for this is ~. Now type in status. A list of all the players including you will be shown. Look for your nickname and on the same line you will see your Steamid. Eg STEAM_0:0:123456

I think someone is cheating and have evidance to substantiate it who can I forward it to?
You can email this evidance to banned@games.saix.net we will investigate the matter further. Please note you may not get any response regarding this matter.

I am an Internet Cafe Owner. Is there anything I need to do or know about?
As an Internet Cafe Owner you need to enforce our Rules Of Engagement on your clients. You need to be in a position to hold your clients responsible if they do any harm to your accounts.

How do I get my GUID for a game that runs PunkBuster as an anticheat?
Open the console in the game and type in the following command.
PB_MyGuid

How is Banning handled in Battlefield 2?
In Battlefield 2 there are 2 possible ways of been banned. The first ban is based on your CD-HASH, in most cases SGS will ban your CD-HASH for any Rules of Engagement violations. You can obtain your CD-HASH at the following URL and you can query your CD-HASH ban here too: http://games.saix.net/cdhash_calculator.php

The second ban type is based on your Punk Buster GUID. In most cases SGS will not ban your GUID unless you have been caught cheating by Punk Buster. To obtain your Punk Buster GUID follow these simple steps in this FAQ Link. You cannot query a Punk Buster ban via our banning interface. There are 2 methods to querying a Punk Buster ban. The first is to send an email to our Ban Master banned@games.saix.net. The second method is to query your ban on the Punk Busted Website URL: http://www.punksbusted.com/cgi-bin/membership/publicbans.cgi
