The ROE is a set of rules that SGS enforce on
our Servers. Players are required to abide by
these rules when playing on our servers. Failure
to abide by these rules may result in you not
been able to play the game. As a player on SGS
you need to review the rules on a regularly basis
to ensure that you have an up to date understanding
of the ROE.

We have recruited a number of Public Admins that
are responsible for enforcing the ROE on our servers.
Players can apply to be a SGS Admin at the following

We have three (3) different login areas which
are listed below.
SGS Website: This login grant users access to
the SGS Website and will give you access to features
marked with the following icon *

If you have been banned from any of our servers
you can query you ban at this link.
Certain games use global banning systems and
if you cannot find the ban info on our Query System
you can query your ban at one of these other systems.
If you do find yourself banned on one of these
systems SGS cannot assist you with this ban and
you will have to contact the respective sites
to query your ban.

We have setup a number of email addresses that
you can contact for queries, complaints or concerns.
If you email one of the contacts you will receive
a ticket number for your query which will be automatically
sent to your email address. If you do not receive
a ticket number then the email address you have
used to contact us is invalid. The ticket number
can take upto a maximum of 20 minutes to be sent.
Note that NO SGS admin has the privilege to answer
to any queries, complaints or concerns. If you
contact an SGS Admin regarding a certain matter
and you recieve a response this response is not
an official SGS response concerning your matter.
For an official response please contact a respective
email addresses. The use of the SGS Forums to
log queries, complaints or concerns will result
in the post been locked or moved and may even
get you banned from these Forums.

We have setup a number of servers that Clan's
can use to play other Clan's or to practise on.
A Clan Leader can apply to use one of these servers
for these events. Note that a Clan Admin is not
